An LLC can be managed by all the members as managing members or the management responsibility can be handled by managers. Since as a manager you retain control, it maybe beneficial for an LLC to be set up to be managed by managers. Please choose accordingly.
Most attorneys recommend LLCs to be managed by Managers. If you choose the LLC to be a Manager-Managed LLC, please indicate if the LLC will have one or more than one managers. Otherwise choose 'All Members (one or more)'.
