WHAT IS THE PROCESS OF REGISTRATION

You start by filling out the online order form on our website or by calling us. After we receive the required information and fees we complete required filings with the Florida Div of Corporations. Barring any issues from the State, you will see the entity on state public website as early as same afternoon. After formation, we can help you with the next steps (such as obtaining the Tax ID (EIN) from the IRS, etc.)
