Florida Filings can register your Florida Corporation and LLC Next Day and send you back the state formation confirmation documents by email Next Day if your order is received by 1 PM PT. After formation, we help you make sure your corporation or LLC's corporate governance is set up correctly and completely.

WHAT IS THE PROCESS OF REGISTRATION

You start by filling out the online order form on our website or by calling us. After we receive the required information and fees we complete required filings with Florida Sec of State. Barring any issues from Florida Sec of State, we will receive and email you the formation confirmation documents from Florida Sec of State Next Day. After formation, we help you with the next steps (such as obtaining the Tax ID (EIN) from the IRS, etc.)

Florida Sec of State Filed stamped Articles are received and sent to you by email. Your Corporation or LLC will also show on the State's website.
